Richmond Shift Commander Car 1400

Car 1400 is a 1999 Chevy Suburban donated to the department by Gary Lang Auto Group. 

This car is used by the on call shift commander in much the same manner as Car 1402, when multiple calls are in progress during the day.  Response is to any incident requiring a command structure or any secondary call in which apparatus must be freed up to respond.
